Best World Diving
Where are the best world diving locations and the popular vacation spots are questions that eventually popup in a diver's mind. The world consists of several oceans with their own unique characteristics regarding sea life, underwater landscapes, coral reefs and plant life.
Arguably, the best scuba diving locations can be found in the warmer climates of the Carribean, Egypt, Australia and Asia. Yet, shipwrecks abound in North America, the Carribean and Asia. Shark diving is also becoming very popular as the safety equipment and cages are becoming better engineered to withstand the sharks prescence especially the Great White Sharks. And if it's cold water diving nothing beats the west coast of Canada.
Some of the more popular locations are Cozumel in Mexico, Bonaire, Dominica and the Bahamas considered by many as the top diving destinations in the Carribean. Sightings of large sea creatures, such as whales and dolphins are quite common.
In North America, the Florida Keys always rate, according to polls, as the best place to dive especially the islands of Islamorda and Tavernier. Monteray, California which follows close behind in popularity has an assortment of large and small sea creatures such as seals, dolphins and tropical fish amongst the beautiful sea plants.
On the other side of the world and having rave reviews from divers are the coast of Indonesia, Palau, Micronesia, and Yap, Micronesia. Here the vast diversity of landscape and the different unique sea life throughout the hundreds of islands make Indonesia a great place for the recreational diver.
So now you know what type of diving you want to do and you need to find out about travel arrangements. There are many adventurous scuba diving vacations that can be arranged with a reputable travel agent.
